i am really struggling with this painting of hanuman...
a big part of me just wants to scrap it and start all over again.
i changed the face completely and still am not happy with it.
last night it looked like this - see below:
i tried to make it look like the paintings of hanuman i found
in india... then on the internet... then found photos of
monkeys. wow - i've not had such a bad time painting
in a long time. and this - after buying so much paint!
not sure what to do, but i am sure i'll come up
with something. if i had more time to work on it, i'm sure
it would be easier... but alas... i teach, so i can paint.
here's hoping for a better studio evening tomorrow:)
