i heart nyc

 i arrived at "adore cafe" (its name sooo fit the place!)
a little early, so i sat and enjoyed a quiet moment of reading
my newest book - "BE LOVE NOW" by Ram Dass...
such good stuff! and i haven't read in a cafe in a long time,
i am loving my two weeks of saturday and sundays:)

i made a quick trip into the city today to have

a lovely meal which is becoming one of my beloved

yearly traditions with two beautiful women today...

there were shared stories, lots of catching up

and connecting going on over much needed cups

of coffee and warm bowls of yummy food...

and gifts:)

tea from france with pink and green dancing ganesh

and incense & purple shell from mexico!!!
