i am in this photo

i found this inspiring challenge

Find yourself in a photo you've taken. The catch: you are not actually (physically) in the photo at all. Feel free to post in the comments box and link to your photo w/a statement of how you are "in" the photo.

on this blog: http://oriart.blogspot.com/
so i found this photo that i took in india and this is my statement
of how i am in the photo:

this is neem karoli baba ashram in vrindavan.
i felt like i had returned home to this place
although i had never been there before
and it was very far away from my home...
i am in the plants and the flowers
i am in the sunshine
with each step, i was shedding a little
bit more of myself
my heart opened wide
as bits and pieces of it to fell to the ground there
the dust from my feet stayed there
and i took dust from other people's feet from
years of people going there out of devotion and love...
back home with me.
i sang in it and it sang to me...
i exchanged energy with this place
my tears stained its carpet
and it imprinted its peace into my soul.

beautiful words and vision and I understand the feeling of deja vu! Blessings!

thanks courtney! i hope that others take the challenge too. it will be interesting to see how people interpret it and fun to do something beside paint, but have it be just as creative. i am timid to write things like that...

dolce - thank you as well - it was like deja vu upsidedown and inside out... hard to explain but so glad you get it:)

gratitude for comments on my blog - so rare and special!
