can that date be right? We are already on the 12th of July!

your work is so beautiful it would be a joy to win a little bag of treasures.

practicing yoga ALWAYS changes my mood, almost as if it is a miracle. Well, it is.

I like to head to the water . . . a beach of some sort and lay in the sun. The other thing that works for me is walking. I can walk for hours and hours when I'm blue. Nature!!!! This will say it's posted by James, but it's really Melissa!!!!! :)

hugs, kisses, the great outdoors, sunshine, kundalini yoga, animals, friends, family and LOVE! And sometimes, it's just a matter of trusting that all things pass, everything changes and it's all ok, even when it sucks and we are ONE.

Yay! Did I win?! xoxoxo

I listen to chants by Ram Dass or Gurumaya (spelling is bad, sorry) They fill me with joy, help me to see something bigger than myself and remind me of my connectedness to spirit. I've never left a comment, but know I'm out here reading every post in awe that someone your age could have the depth you have. Namaste and all that that entails.
