as you may know, pakistan and india (and i am sure
even places i am not aware of) have been experiencing
a lot of flooding recently. first 100 people died
in northern india about a month ago and now,
a place and people very close to my heart are
experiencing flooding and difficulties.
the students at the ashram i connected with
and their families are struggling to get food and
clean water... they are all in my prayers
and i am sending as much love as i can out to them.

i hope that they are all okay.
