V's mehndi

ahhh, my first image of mehndi that i created

that was not on MY left hand!!! thanks v!

(i am trying to feel the energy of the hand/person

that i am mehndi-ing and offer that feeling to

the design...)

so, what i was feeling with this one was;

a light and airy heart

with peacock feathers and flowers...

the little "bridges" that surround

the heart came last to give it more

of a mandala feeling... and a way

to connect the love from her heart to the

hearts of others'....

she has such a delicate hand, i almost stopped

1/2 way through as i did not want to overwhelm

the beauty of her palm...
