my friend gloria inspires me endlessly...
she recently had an opening of the work she didfor her taos residency...
they were encaustic on rice paper scrolls
that just made you want to go directly to your studio
and get to work...
i took these close-ups for karin and some video too...
knew i'd find this word somewhere in her workwe are so connected in our words and imagery...
so glad to have gotten a chance to have tea and chat with
her on her trip back east from mexico...
i miss her dearly, but am happy to know that sheis well and sparling like a light as always...
isn't she beautiful???her blog is "art is life" over on my inspiration list...
