almost finished with my summer grant for technology and what better way to celebrate then being outside (far from my mac) and getting messy with hot wax, oil paintsticks, and beads!

and thanks to Jeannie for the book on lotus flowers - hope it is OK that i cut them out and used them for my newest little series. am thinking of calling it "the immersed series"... the last one was letting go - and now i feel pretty intertwined with my feelings about what has been going on in my life lately... i like this red one for some reason...
