"buddha hears music in the wind"
it was so exciting to meet faith ringgold at "sight and sound" a show that she juried
at silvermine guild art center
even more exciting that she picked on of my pieces for the show
she also had some great advice for my students who did a
project that was inspired by her story quilts. she said to keep making art
and look at art everywhere and then... do your own thing!
it was a great way to start my spring break spiritual lobotomy...
