community

today was a beautiful day filled with time with friends

and working on what i love... art.

the two go together so well... both fill my heart and soul

with love, inspiration, expression, communication.

this morning it was sharing and awesome conversation

with m. at her beautiful little yellow house,

then chatted with w. about his overnight excursion,

then it was off to TLC center with s. to make art with j.

there's something about sharing the experience of making art

with others that i really respond to... listening, talking,

laughing, painting, looking, letting things flow, supporting...

so as we were cleaning up, i saw this little heart that

was made unintentionally on a paper plate palette...

i couldn't help but take a photo as a reminder

that the act of creating with others is such a wonderful experience,

and that i would like to do it more often.
