yes, it's that time of year again!
felting bracelets...
i love working outside, so i look forward
to this every summer/fall.
this is what they look like before they are felted...
nice and fluffy - deceiving to the eye:)
so soft and whimsical
if only they could stay this way!
this is what they look like after much rolling,
agitating, warm water and soap.
today i played with toggles and skinny double wraps.
tomorrow i will have fun with chunky bangles...
i set up two tables on top of one another out in
front of my studio so that i wouldn't have to bend over
while rolling my wool. they are a bit wobbly, but
my back is happier than it would have been if i was
crouched on the deck all day.
will snuck this shot of me while i was working.
he was taking a photo of our deck that he has been working
hard on all summer. i helped paint it (almost blackish green)

on another work table in the house (there's one in every room:)
i am drying out sage that will grew... i'd like to make mini
smudge sticks to give away to friends over the holidays...
can you see will's crop circles in the front yard?
he decorated our lawn with the lawn mower each time he
goes out there!
i ordered some more mehndi paste and these sweet little
packets of glitter are a gift from the company:)
wonder what i will do with them?!
namaste and good night.
i'm pooped.
