in the mail today...
how did she know? how could she tell
that i was feeling fear as an obstacle to
so many things lately???
it could not have come at a better time...

there's no room for fear here,
just confidence and a deep knowing
that i will get a good offer and begin to
create the paintings...
i am seeing it on the bookshelves in
bookstores and being read to kids
before they go to sleep...
