gratitude on a beautiful cold fall morning:

1. knitted lavender fingerless gloves made by my sister

2. $20 fuchsia wool scarf that accompanied me to india

and that i will wear til it falls apart

3. the glow of the trees outside my office window

4. being challenged every day at my job - trying

to inspire students to be creative

5. mint tea with lots of honey

6. cubbies full of art projects in the process of

coming alive

7. embracing my flamboyant hippie colorful outfit

coral, lime green, maroon?

8. trying to create a whole new tradition in my mind

around holidays and gift giving to fit

how i feel on the inside...

9. my recent trips to nyc and feeling like

i am in a different country when i go there...
