white tara's flowers

i did not realize how satisfying it would be to paint

flowers on my white tara thangka...

i celebrated 2 years in my class this fall in williamsburg brooklyn.

it felt good, even though my teacher said that means i am

still in kindergarten;)

the details are making her come alive...

and even though i shouldn't focus on "finishing her"

i feel like i have made progress lately.
