peace flag project

i couldn't have done anything more meaningful
on this day than making a peace flag with my wonderful
friend jeannie thomma. i escaped from school to go to her event.

she is starting an awesome new endeavor called
the peace flag project and she will be going to
different venues around NY + CT to make
flags with people of all ages.

there were not a lot of people there, but knowing her energy,
the more she does this and gets the word out, the more
people she will inspire to be a part of this important project

and then quickly back to school to teach...
and to hang my flag so that it can add to the vibes of
my incredible new art room.
