went to a chakra dance party tonight...
shook my booty to some amazing music
at a little tiny yoga studio in nyc
with swami-ji balendu, ramona and yashendu goswami
and a bunch of lovely women.
wow - great energy, healing, singing, chakra cleansing
and sweaty exercise! the perfect way to end a
long week of teaching...
even though my camera sucks in low light,
it captured the essence of the night in this
self portrait! the amazing thing is, ria and i
met swami-ji and his family in vrindavan india...
by randomly wandering into their ashram.
and i got to see him again in my own back yard - well, almost...
got some good advice that i needed to hear:
don't wear a mask
& express the love

shake those chakras!! we must be in synch - i've been practicing the shaking/vibrational yoga work this week that just really gets energy moving in a flow of perfection (dare I use such a word?!) your smiling radiating face says it all :)
