i had an awesome time thisweek hanging out with my 5 1/2 year old niece...
she is awesome.
we painted, drew, sculpted
and played lots of games...
here are two of her works of art -
an indian elephant
and the bottom one is her giving flowers to me.
she not only opens my heart,
she melts it too...

i think i am beaming too... it's funny, i feel like i want to paint big happy paintings today! wish she lived closer so that we could play more often... she's been at risd art camp for most of the summer (that's where my sis works) but she still had energy to create! she definitely got the artistic energizer bunny thing from her dad and auntie:) hope you are well.
