back in the studio

got back into the studio today...
and that put me in a better mood.
also looking forward to having friends over for dinner...

started a new series...
but not sure what they are going to look like yet.

i love how gesso sticks to your hand and
feels chalky - like you are really getting dirty;)

it's a pity that my hands got washed every
time i cleaned my brushes...
love how my studio table - after 10
years of using it... has a wonderful patina.
am going up north to hang out
with ting in her garden, on her patio and
hopefully being creative
and then for a picnic in
someone's studio
who is very dear to me...
