nyc

this was the best decaf soy latte i have ever had. orgasmic...
we went to a fun art show at a hardware store. all of the works were
hidden in the aisles - way cool! my friend jen formica had a piece in it:)
(see video in above post)
then off to thangka class...

where i did shading and watched pema do shading for hours
and got so frustrated that i had to go outside for some air.
realized there was so much stress in my body
when the street in williamsburg
was giving a more peaceful vibes than i was...

i have sooooo far to go....
it is a lesson in patience, acceptance... and letting go of ingrained behaviors...

pema and a slice of his orange mandala painting...
i haven't been this emotionally affected by a painting in a long time...
i was speechless - it is beyond beautiful in so many ways

my lovely friend patty drove me to grand central from brooklyn...
the sky was glittery, which cannot be captured with a digital camera.
