elephant fetish

new little paintings i did today at school
carved the stamp while i was subbing for a math class...
was reminded just how much i disliked subtracting fractions...
but learned something new!

a little collection on my desk in the art room...
orange one is ganesh - a gift from india from anju
silver one - a gift from marie...
blue one in the middle - made myself out of clay
offwhite and gold one a gift from robert d.
dark wooden one - a gift from india
from a past student named karthik

a huge plaster mache elephant i made this year
as an advertisement for my summer art camp...
the students named it elmer.
i would have preferred shanti or prem:)

this camera does much better with video
not so great with still shots...
