slightly sidetracked

was in my studio making art for my show at silvermine and a note that i wrote to myself caught my eye that said, "figure out hand project". i have been wanting to do a xerox hand project with my 3rd graders and it dawned on me that our finger prints are unique and so that makes us unique... i thought they could paint, draw, and collage for their first project to tell me and the other students a little bit about themselves... hope they have as much fun as i did!
